Buildings

The Sweetheart Cup Co. building, at 3361 U.S. 27 North, is 200,236 square feet on 29.08 acres.  City water and sewer, natural gas and electricity by North Georgia Electric Membership Corp. are available.  The building, formerly used for manufacturing and warehousing, has high-speed DSL Internet service and is just north of the city limits. The site is served by rail.  Ceiling height is 24 feet minimum and 32 feet maximum.

The LaFayette Cone Co. building, at 5148 U.S. 27 North, is 38,000 square feet on 22.6 acres with 19 expandable acres.  City water and sewer, natural gas and electricity by North Georgia Electric Membership Corp. are available.  The building was previously used for textiles.  Ceiling height is 18 feet minimum and 24 feet maximum.

The Con-Set building at 1731 Hillsdale Road was built in 1978 and has 54,091 square feet. The building sits on 10 acres.  City water and sewer, city gas and electricity by North Georgia Electric Membership Corp. are available.  The building was formerly used for manufacturing and distribution.  Ceiling height is 16 feet.

Sites

Zoned industrial, 13.5 acres are available on McCarter Road.  City water, sewer, electricity and natural gas are available.  The site has access to service by the Chattooga & Chickamauga Railway Co.

Fifty-eight acres of Northwest Georgia Business Park on U.S. 27 in Rock Spring are available.  Zoned industrial, the largest tract is 9.4 acres.  City water, county sewer, natural gas and electricity by North Georgia Electric Membership Corp. are available.  The site has access to service by Chattooga & Chickamauga Railway Co.
